- Expiry date notifications
- Refill alerts
- Personal medication tracking
- Drug-food interactions
The Platform DOES NOT:
- Provide medical advice
- Diagnose conditions
- Prescribe medicines
- Replace a licensed medical practitioner
4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The Platform is a medication management support tool only.
Information provided through the Platform does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Users must consult a qualified medical professional before making any medical decisions.
In case of a medical emergency, contact your nearest hospital or emergency services immediately.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
Users agree that:
- All information entered (medication name, dosage, timing, expiry) is accurate.
- They will follow their doctor’s instructions.
- They are responsible for verifying reminders and alerts.
- The Platform is only a support tool, not a substitute for professional care.
The Company shall not be responsible for incorrect data entered by Users.
6. DATA PRIVACY & PROTECTION
We collect and process personal and health-related data in accordance with:
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- The Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011
- The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (if applicable)

7. ACCOUNT SECURITY

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software on the Platform are the property of Haku Healiana Information Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not:

- Reverse engineer
- Reproduce
without written permission.
10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Platform may integrate with:

11. TERMINATION

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Gurgaon, Haryana.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including:

- Government restrictions
- Internet failures
- Cyberattacks
15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS
